Our Sonic Welders provide a tamper evident seal on plastic containers. We have total adjustability on the tray height and width for fast and easy tray changes on the fly. These machines have a user friendly touch screen that can keep track of valuable information like faults, total hours and containers per shift or day. Machines can be customized to fit your needs, product and infrastructures.

SONIC WELDER SERVICE CART.
The Sonic Welder Service Cart serves multiple functions, from supporting the stack for assembly / disassembly, it holds the Stack to torque the components to the right specs, and for testing the Stack working frequencies. When the Ultrasonics are not working correctly, the Service Cart can also help diagnose the problem by process of elimination. If you suspect that you have a bad power supply, plug the carts power supply into the stack on the machine. If the same problem still exists, then the problem lies within the stack.
