Here at F.I.R.M. we are constantly working together with our clients to help them resolve problematic areas in their processing plants and or manufacturing processes that could result in food born illnesses and cause detrimental liabilities. One example is our Patented Sanitary Hoist Hook (U.S. Patent 9,969,598) that can be removed from the hoist chain without the use of tools for thorough sanitation. In a matter of weeks, we went from being notified of the Internal Recall conducted by our client to having the first Prototype in production and helping them resolve the problem.
